📜 Returns and Refunds Policy at UniRad

At UniRad, Radiology Unit , we are committed to providing you with a high quality and efficient service. To ensure a clear and fair process, we have established the following returns and refunds policy for radiodiagnostic studies:

1. Study Advance
When a deposit is made for the scheduling of a study, this deposit is considered a commitment to secure your appointment. For this reason, no full or partial refund of the deposit will be made in the event of cancellation or modification of the appointment, unless a valid and documented justification is given.

2. Missing Study Time
If the patient does not show up for his/her scheduled appointment without prior notice or adequate justification, the advance payment will not be refunded. Scheduling a new appointment will be subject to availability and policies in effect at the time.

3. Exceptional Procedures
In exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen medical emergencies, a request for a refund or appointment change will be considered at the discretion of UniRad management upon submission of appropriate documentation.

4. Refund Request
To request a refund, if applicable, please contact our customer service team. The request must be made within 7 days of the scheduled study date, and the necessary documentation will be required for evaluation.

5. Changes and Cancellations
For any appointment changes or cancellations, it is recommended that you inform UniRad at least 24 hours in advance. This will allow for scheduling adjustments and alternatives to be offered to other patients.
